Where does Almora Botanica ship to?

We ship to the following countries: 

United Kingdom

Americas: United States, Canada

Europe: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Middle East: Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates

Asia & Oceania: Australia, Hong Kong, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia

Where do you ship from? Will I need to pay taxes or duties?

We ship from the United Kingdom and the United States. Taxes and duties depend on the country your order will be shipped to: 

United Kingdom:

VAT is already included in the product price.

Orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom so you will not be required to pay any duties or extra taxes

United States:

Orders are shipped from within the continental United States from our warehouse in New Jersey.

International:

Orders for countries outside of the USA and UK are shipped from our United Kingdom location. Outside of the United Kingdom any import taxes and duties will be your responsibility and will be charged upon delivery.

What are your different shipping methods and prices?

Our shipping methods and prices are the following:

United Kingdom: Standard shipping (2-5 business days): FREE

United States: Standard Shipping (5 - 7 business days): FREE

Singapore:  Standard Shipping (7 - 10 business days): FREE

International: Standard Shipping (7 - 10 business days): FREE

*Free shipping on standard orders is available for a limited time.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed with standard shipping will generally ship out within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

As soon as your order is on the way to you, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Returns

How do I return my order?

From the UK, USA & Singapore you can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that items that are used, unsealed, relabelled or pierced (with the exception of damaged or faulty goods) will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

We do not accept international returns, unless items are damaged or faulty.

To request a return, please be in touch at customercare@almorabotanica.com and our team will be happy to assist.

Refunds may take up to 5 -7 business days to complete depending on your bank’s processing time.

Can I exchange a product?

We’re sorry, but we don’t offer exchanges at this time.

What if I purchased Almora Botanica from one of your retail partners?

We provide refunds for orders purchased on almorabotanica.com only. If you purchased Almora Botanica from one of our authorized retailers such as Harrods Pharmacy, John Bell & Croyden or Isetan Scoots, please reach out to them for assistance with your return.
