United States:
For a seamless festive season, we suggest US customers place their orders by Midnight, Tuesday 16 December to receive them by 24 December. Orders are shipped via USPS on a ground service.
Singapore:
For a seamless festive season, we kindly advise Singapore customers place their orders by Midday Friday 19th December SST. Singapore orders are shipped locally.
International:
For a seamless festive season, we kindly advise customers based outside of the USA, UK or Singapore please place their orders by by midnight Sunday, 14 December. International orders are shipped via DHL from the United Kingdom.
United Kingdom:
For a seamless festive season, we kindly advise UK customers place their orders by Midday Friday 19th December GMT. UK orders are shipped via DPD UK.
Please note that our UK warehouse will be closed for the Christmas break from 23rd December through to 3 January. During this period, all orders shipping to the UK and international destinations will be processed and dispatched after operations resume on 4 January. This temporary closure does not impact orders shipping from our USA or Singapore warehouses, which will continue to be fulfilled as usual. We thank you for your understanding and wish you a peaceful holiday season.

We ship from the United Kingdom and the United States. Taxes and duties depend on the country your order will be shipped to:
United Kingdom:
VAT is already included in the product price.
Orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom so you will not be required to pay any duties or extra taxes
United States:
Orders are shipped from within the continental United States from our warehouse in New Jersey.
International:
Orders for countries outside of the USA and UK are shipped from our United Kingdom location. Outside of the United Kingdom any import taxes and duties will be your responsibility and will be charged upon delivery.

United States: Standard Shipping (5 - 7 business days): FREE
Singapore: Standard Shipping (7 - 10 business days): FREE
International: Standard Shipping (7 - 10 business days): FREE
*Free shipping on standard orders is available for a limited time.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed with standard shipping will generally ship out within 3 business days from the date of purchase.
As soon as your order is on the way to you, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Returns
From the UK, USA & Singapore you can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that items that are used, unsealed, relabelled or pierced (with the exception of damaged or faulty goods) will not be accepted and may be returned to you.
We do not accept international returns, unless items are damaged or faulty.

Refunds may take up to 5 -7 business days to complete depending on your bank’s processing time.
